  • What are your staff to child ratios?

    It is a requirement that the minimum adult to child ratios are maintained throughout the day. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-and-ratios

    Birth-2 years 1:3

    2-3years 1:5

    3+ years 1:8

    The ratio for children aged 2 years has chenged from a 1:4 ratio to a 1:5 ratio. It is own aim to maintain a 1:4 ratio. All adults working with children have an advanced DBS clearance.

  • Do children access the outdoors regularly?

    Yes, we acknowledge that spending time outdoors is paramount for children's development. In addition to our free flow set up, with a garden attached to each room, we also maintain regular local outings as much as possible 

  • Do you have your own car park?

    Yes, we have a car park on site to allow easy drop off and collection for you and your child 

  • Can I provide my child with snacks and food from home?

    We do not allow any food from outside the nursery on site. The welfare of all children and adults is paramount to us and we must remain mindful of allergies and intolerances being controlled within the setting. We will provide all meals and snacks for your child throughout their time at nursery, you will have a daily record of what they have eaten and we also cater for all dietary needs

  • When are you closed?

    We are open all year round, with the exception of weekends, bank holidays and the week between Christmas and New Year 


Payment, fees and sessions


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    Payments for nursery fees are made monthly, you will be sent an invoice in advance.

    We also accept 15 and 30 hours funding as well as childcare vouchers from work schemes. To find out more, visit the government wesbite https://www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs 

  • Do you have term time only spaces?

    Unfortuantly, we do not offer TTO spaces, only all year round spaces for children, dependant on avaliblity 

  • What are your fees?

  • What sessions do you offer?

    We have 4 types of sessions. 

    All day 8am-6pm 

    Half day 8am-1pm OR 1pm-6pm 

    School day 9am-4pm 

  • Do you have flexible hours?

    Unfortunatly, we only accept perminant session structures and do not cater for scheduals and rotas however we do have the option of booking an early and late session of a 7:30am arrival time and 6:30pm finish to help support your work life balance.

  • Do you offer sibling discount?

    Sibling discounts are on offer, depending on the sessions taken up with the nursery 

  • How do I change or terminate my child's sessions?

    We require 1 months written notice in order to reduce the hours and/or sessions you have booked for your child or to ompletely terminate your child's space at the nursery. We van increase the hours and/or sessions you have booked with no notice, subject to availability.

  • What do I need to provide?

    Due to parent preference and children's allergies and intolerances, we ask all parents to provide nappies, wipes, cream and formula milk 

  • Do you charge extra for meals?

    For children who are not funded, our session prices are inclusive of all meals and snacks. Once your child is in receipt of the Free Entitlement, for sessions where Free Entitlement is utilised, the cost of any wraparound charges, including meals will be shown on your invoice. 

  • What financial support could I receive for fees?

    There are a few schemes that support with the cost of childcare. Head to our 'A helping hand' tab to find the right scheme for you.
